Berries

These include cranberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and acai. Berries are one of the richest fruits in antioxidant, which helps keep our skin protected from wrinkles. Try them in a cold smoothie to refresh from a hot summer day.

Watermelon

Since it is mostly made up of water, watermelon keeps your body hydrated. Watermelon is also rich in antioxidant properties which prevents your skin from showing signs of aging. It is the perfect snack for a pool party or a day at the beach!
